Award winning wear it pink is the original pink day and biggest fundraiser during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Last year wear it pink raised over £3 million and this year we are aiming for £3.5 million to make it a huge pink extravaganza yet again. By wearing pink and donating £2 you will be helping Breast Cancer Campaign to continue researching the cure for the disease.

The money raised from wear it pink will go towards funding vital breast cancer research throughout the UK and since 2003 an amazing £6.6 million has been raised.

About Breast Cancer Campaign

Breast Cancer Campaign is the only charity that specialises in funding independent breast cancer research throughout the UK. Their aim is to find the cure for breast cancer by funding research which looks at improving diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, better understanding how it develops and ultimately either curing the disease or preventing it. Campaign currently funds 97 research projects worth over £11.9 million at 50 centres of excellence across the UK. Over the past 12 years the Charity has awarded 183 grants with a total value of over £18.5 million to universities, medical schools/teaching hospitals and research institutes across the UK.
