Resourceful Find of the Year 2006: iSporty

iSporty (www.isporty.com), formerly known as Tired and Tested, is a social networking site which focuses on sport. It allows users to build their own club, build event lists, add buddies, movies and reports. It refers to itself as My Space with Shorts on and is the first social networking sports site. It encourages people to sign up and find others that enjoy sport at grassroots level and is a site for people that play sport and also do something else. Pros can play sport whenever they want. They don't work 40 hours a week and still manage to train enough to complete a charity 10k or get to the gym twice a week.

The panel felt this was a really useful site that offered a fresh way of sticking to 2007 fitness resolutions and was truly resourceful in all parts.
